- Chopped bell peppers
- Dangote Salt
- Black pepper
- Dan-Q Seasoning
- Oil for frying
Wash and boil yam.
Take out of the water and cut into rectangles.
Make a batter using eggs, flour and milk.
Season the batter with Dangote salt and Dan-Q seasoning and add in chopped bell peppers.
Coat yam in the batter and deep fry.
