Yam Porridge

  • Yam
  • Tatashe
  • Ginger
  • Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • Chilli flakes
  • Dangote Salt to taste
  • Tomatoes
  • Green Peppers
  • Parsley
  • Dan-Q Seasoning

Blend the tomatoes, ginger and tatshe into a paste.

Fry into stew and set aside.

Wash and Cook yam cubes till water dries, add the sweet chilli then the stewed pepper.

Stir-fry for 1 minute.

Dice green pepper and pour in.

Season and finish up with chopped fresh parsley.
