Yam Porridge


  • Yam

  • Palm oil

  • Pepper blended

  • Smoked fish (washed)

  • Dan-Q seasoning

  • Dangote Salt


  • Peel yam, wash and cut into cubes
  • put in a pot
  • add water, blended pepper, Dan-Q Seasoning, salt to taste, palm oil
  • cover the pot and cook for 30minutes
  • add the smoked fish
  • cook for 5minutes
  • adjust seasoning and serve hot.
