Potato Balls

  • Irish Potatoes
  • Flour
  • Eggs
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Dangote Salt
  • Vegetable oil for frying.

Boil the potatoes in salted water.

Grate the boiled potatoes.

Break in an egg and combine.

Mold into balls.

In 3 bowls, put in flour, eggs and breadcrumbs.

Toss potato balls in flour first then eggs and finally breadcrumbs.

Then deep fry.
