heat up palmoil in a pot, add in chopped onions and fry till it softens.
add in blended pepper and fry.
add in stock and taste for seasoning.
cover and let the flavours infuse.
add in washed and chopped ponmo, smoked fish, crayfish and let cook
season with Dangote salt and Dan-Q seasoning cubes.
then add in washed rice and cover.
stir and finish off with clean chopped ugu leaves.
