Coconut and Pineapple Sweet Chilli Prawns

Ingredients

  • Prawns
  • (2)Tablespoons Coconut Cream
  • (2) Tablespoons Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • (1) Tablespoon Sriracha Sauce (or any hot chilli sauce)

Method

Mix everything in a bowl and place the shrimp unto the skewers with the pineapple and grill on the griddle pan for about 2-3 minutes on each side.

Use an oven if you don’t have a griddle pan (160-180 degrees C for 10 mins).

Remember to soak your skewers for about 30 minutes before using to stop them from burinons.
